Hi there, I'm Aurora and I'm a pedigreed American Bobtail. I'm also a retired queen and show cat. My mom was moving and downsizing her cattery and asked my foster mom to take me since she knows these folks find good homes for us cats. I'm a very quiet gir and take time to warm up to my person. I'm still learning what it's like to not live in a cattery. Don't take quiet for timid though, I still enjoy playing with the furry mice and jingly balls that are around the house. Catnip toys are great too! I don't mind being groomed but you really don't have to since my fur doesn't mat. When I want your attention I come up an head butt you in the leg. While I do live with other cats, I'd be fine by myself or with one or two other respectful cats. See when the youngsters get going, sometimes I have to rule with my iron paw!
